Morgan McKinley is working with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their technology team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance a greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution as part of a multi-year transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE within Customer Service environments.
- Build and enhance solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Develop plugins, JavaScript libraries, workflows, and logic apps.
- Support the CRM Architect with documentation, integration oversight, and solution governance.
- Participate in Agile sprints, reporting progress and managing workload priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Technical Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development, preferably within Customer Service.
- Proven experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Git source control.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with ALM tools, SaaS integrations, and Azure integration design.
- Experience with Canvas Apps and/or SAP integrations is a plus.
