We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Role Purpose:
As the Senior Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Additionally, you will assist the Head of Operations in managing a range of operational services, including facilities, IT, GDPR, and Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support to a diverse range of customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist the Head of Operations in managing operational services, such as facilities, IT, GDPR, and Health & Safety
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as required
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service administration role within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
