Senior - Private Credit Fund Accounting
We are seeking an experienced Senior to join a Private Credit platform. This role will manage client deliverables, oversee fund administration, and act as a subject matter expert within a Geneva-based Private Credit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end administration of Private Credit funds (direct lending, mezzanine, etc.)
- Deliver accurate and timely NAVs, investor reporting, and financial statements
- Act as a key contact for clients, auditors, and service providers
- Review complex transactions including loan activity, accruals, and fee calculations
- Support fund lifecycle events such as launches and liquidations
- Act as a Geneva SME, overseeing trade capture, valuations, income recognition, and period-end close
- Support system enhancements, onboarding, and issue resolution
- Manage and develop fund accounting team members and review work for accuracy
- Support workflow management, performance processes, and team oversight
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Private Credit accounting
- Advanced Geneva expertise
- Solid understanding of fund operations and asset management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
Requirements
- 2-3+ years' experience in Private Credit fund accounting
- Hands-on experience with the Geneva platform
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or in progress
- Experience with systems such as Investran or Yardi
- Experience in fund financial reporting
