The Transfer Agency department provides third-party fund administration services to a range of fund management companies, covering the full spectrum of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance and investor services.

The Registration Team is responsible for creating new investment records and maintaining existing client, investor and agent records in line with regulatory, compliance and operational requirements.
Reporting directly to the Registration Team Leader, the successful candidate will manage an assigned portfolio of clients and ensure responsibilities are completed within strict regulatory and operational guidelines. The role also involves supporting junior team members, validating and reviewing work, and identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
