A public sector client is looking for an Administrator to join their team. In this contract position, you will work with and Support Service Delivery to ensure the smooth running of operations.
This organisation has offices throughout Ireland so location is flexible and you can avail of hybrid working.
Role outline:
- Ensuring all administration systems within the Directorate are operating and reporting to the highest possible standard.
- Liaise with colleagues on an inter/intra-Directorate basis to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all activities with a clear emphasis on delivering a service of excellence to internal and external stakeholders.
- The Administrator will contribute to the development, enhancement and implementation of business systems and processes to support efficient and effective delivery of all case management and risk management obligations.
- Ensure a structured and organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to their work in fast paced demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to instruct on technical topics
- Relevant third level qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma or Degree), or equivalent is desirable
- Highly Proficient in use of MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics CRM; SharePoint applications, portals, data management and systems
