Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., Approved Product Adviser in Consumer Credit or QFA).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple customer service channels.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally.
- Strong numerical competence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
