    Requirements:

    • A customer-focused approach with a drive to exceed expectations.
    • Ability to confidently manage multiple customer service channels.
    • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally.
    • Strong numerical competence.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
