Our client is undergoing significant growth, expanding from 120 to over 320 employees within the past year, and now urgently requires a Regional HR Business Partner to lead the Irish People agenda. This is a high‑impact, sleeves‑rolled‑up role with responsibility for shaping, building and embedding the HR function in Ireland, acting as the key on‑the‑ground HR presence while the Director of People remains UK‑based.
The position oversees all Irish business units (just under 50 staff, predominantly engineers) and serves as the primary partner to Irish Managing Directors, driving the harmonisation project, establishing HR structure and delivering straightforward, trusted HR support in a fast‑moving environment. With the organisation continuing to scale, this role offers a rare opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, lead major people initiatives, and progress quickly into a broader country‑level leadership position as the Irish operation grows.
