Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager (Trust & Safety)
Location: Dublin, Ireland - Onsite 100%
Duration: 11 months - contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to support global operations teams. You will help manage projects, optimise processes, and support operational initiatives across integrity and trust & safety functions. This role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver operational projects and strategic initiatives.
  
  
• Analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  
  
• Optimise day-to-day workflows and ensure quality targets are met.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process and policy improvements.
  
  
• Handle sensitive content with discretion, including graphic or objectionable material.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  
  
• 2+ years in operations, technology, consulting, or similar environment.
  
  
• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
  
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  
  
• Willingness to work with potentially sensitive content.
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, or similar tools.
  
  
• Strong judgement and composure under pressure.
  
  

Programme management experience in content moderation or operational teams.
