Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Legal Operations & Compliance to join their team on a 6-month contract basis in Cork. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational improvements, integrating modern automation tools, and ensuring robust compliance across global trust, safety, and legal operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvement, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives within the global legal and compliance ecosystem.
- Regulatory Translation: Translate international regulatory and policy requirements into practical operational solutions alongside legal and privacy counsel.
- Process Optimization & Tech Integration: Identify workflow enhancements and implement modern AI and enterprise automation tools to optimize day-to-day operations.
- Project Delivery: Lead implementation projects end-to-end, delivering measurable operational efficiency gains and risk reduction.
- Governance & Audit Integrity: Maintain high data quality standards, monitor system access controls, and preserve audit trail integrity.
