A premier Irish law firm is expanding its market-leading Litigation & Regulatory practice. The firm handles top-tier Commercial Court disputes and serves as the primary legal advisor to Ireland's major public bodies, financial institutions, and energy regulators.
Openings exist for ambitious junior and senior associates seeking exposure to high-stakes, nationally significant Irish and EU legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation: Manage High Court (Commercial List) disputes, superior court cases, and ADR.
- Regulatory & Public Law: Advise on statutory investigations, enforcement, judicial reviews, and EU compliance.
- Strategy & Drafting: Produce strategic opinions, pleadings, witness statements, and client advice.
- Client & Team Leadership: Manage client relationships, collaborate with counsel, and mentor trainees/junior lawyers.
Requirements
- Qualification: Solicitor or Barrister with 0-10 years' PQE in Dispute Resolution and/or Regulatory Law.
- Background: Trained/experienced at a top-tier Irish or international law firm, or the Bar of Ireland.
- Skills: Excellent academic record, strong research and drafting ability, and sharp commercial awareness.
