Their Dublin practice is expanding, offering an ambitious Associcate/Senior Associate direct client exposure, complex cross-border advisory mandates, and clear runway for progression.
The Focus
- Advise employers, contractors, funders, and consultants through every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Draft and negotiate major Irish and international standard forms, bespoke EPC/main contracts, professional appointments, and collateral security suites.
- Steer transactional construction advisory across commercial development, real estate finance, and major infrastructure/PPP schemes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with London, UK, and international project teams.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor: 3-10 years PQE with proven non-contentious construction experience.
- Technical Draftsperson: Strong track record negotiating standard-form contracts (Irish/FIDIC/NEC/JCT) and security documentation.
- Commercial Mindset: Comfortable managing high-stakes transactions independently and mentoring junior associates.
- UK cross-border project experience is a plus, but not essential.
