Morgan McKinley is partnering with an ambitious law firm in Cork to secure a motivated NQ Property Solicitor for their growing Residential Conveyancing team. Our client offers a collaborative environment and high-quality work across a varied client base.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing files, including property purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for sale, deeds, and mortgage documentation.
- Conduct title searches, ensure planning compliance, and manage property registrations.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and solicitors to ensure seamless transaction completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor in Ireland.
- Demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing during training or post-qualification.
- Experience with wills, probate and estate administration (desirable).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple cases effectively.
