These roles sit within a high-performing procurement function, focused on driving data-led decision making, process optimisation and value creation across the business.
You will support the delivery of strategic procurement initiatives by leveraging data analysis, systems expertise and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and procurement leadership, you will contribute to sourcing strategy, supplier management and systems optimisation initiatives.
Depending on level, responsibilities will include:
Leading or supporting a broad range of procurement-related projects
Analysing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and designing optimised workflows
Providing analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives
Conducting spend analysis to identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities
Supporting supplier onboarding and offboarding processes
Conducting market research (industry trends, commodity pricing, supplier insights)
Providing systems and tooling support (e.g. Coupa, Agiloft, TPRM solutions)
Supporting procurement reporting, configuration and system administration
Ensuring alignment with compliance and risk management standards

Senior Analyst:
3+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field
Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles
Experience within Financial Services or Asset / Wealth Management
Advanced data analysis capability
Strong knowledge of procurement systems (e.g. Coupa)
Experience with process improvement frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analyst:
2+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain or similar
Understanding of procurement processes
Experience within Financial Services or Asset / Wealth Management
Experience using procurement systems and tools
Strong analytical capability
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Strong communication skills
