Production Planner
About the job
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment. This role is critical to aligning customer demand, sales forecasts, and manufacturing capacity to ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource utilisation, and achievement of revenue targets.
You will develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP systems, coordinate inbound materials and outbound finished goods, and work closely with procurement, operations, engineering, and logistics partners. A strong focus on performance metrics, process optimisation, and continuous improvement will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing and managing production schedules aligned to demand and capacity

Coordinating inbound materials and outbound logistics to meet delivery commitments

Managing ERP data related to planning, labour, inventory, and logistics

Monitoring KPIs including on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and revenue performance

Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to reduce lead times and costs

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
