Role: Personal Lines Sales Agent (Hybrid)
Our client, a prominent underwriting agency, is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Sales Agent to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
This role is ideal for a target-driven professional who excels at building rapport and converting leads. You will work within a high-energy sales department, dealing directly with customers and benefiting from a highly competitive monthly commission structure.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Conversion: Proactively identify high-potential leads and convert them into new business to meet and exceed individual targets.

Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across car, van, and home insurance products.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with customers, providing a high level of service while managing requests efficiently.

Technical Accuracy: Process leads, quotations, and new business policies with a high degree of attention to detail.

Data Management: Ensure all client information and policy data is accurately maintained on the Applied (Relay) systems.
Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically within personal lines insurance (Car, Van, or Home).

Qualifications: Must be APA Qualified at a minimum (CIP or progress towards it is a plus).

Systems: Previous experience with Applied/Relay systems is a distinct advantage.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with a clear and proficient professional manner.
