The Impact

Master Corporate Account Management: You will take ownership of the full renewal cycle for corporate clients, ensuring every requirement is invited, secured, and documented with precision.

Drive Commercial Growth: Partner with Account Directors to identify and achieve upsell and cross-sell targets, directly impacting the team's monthly and yearly objectives.

Build Lasting Partnerships: Establish deep trust with employers by anticipating their needs and resolving complex queries, quotes, and claims with a human, professional touch.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage aged debt and premium collection while maintaining file records that exceed rigorous quality and compliance standards.
What You Bring

Professional Qualification: You must hold a minimum of a CIP qualification.

Technical Expertise: Strong technical and product knowledge within the commercial insurance sector is essential.

Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Open I is highly advantageous.
