Our client, a leading Irish underwriting agency, is seeking a professional Personal Lines Executive to join their dedicated Customer Service and Retention department. This role is based in Dublin and offers a hybrid working model.

You will be the primary point of contact for existing policyholders, managing the full lifecycle of their insurance needs. Your goal is to provide seamless service while ensuring high levels of customer retention.
Policy Lifecycle Management: Expertly handle renewals, process mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and manage all after-sales enquiries.
Customer Retention: Build strong rapport with clients to maintain existing business and consistently meet renewal retention targets.
Technical Administration: Manage all customer requests and administrative duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Systems Management: Ensure all data is precisely maintained and updated within the Applied (Relay) systems.
Service Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador by providing efficient, professional, and clear communication to all customers.
Qualifications: APA Qualification is mandatory (with a commitment to progressing toward CIP).
Experience: Previous experience within the insurance industry is required, specifically in personal lines (Motor/Home).
Systems: Familiarity with Applied/Relay systems is a distinct advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a positive outlook, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Teamwork: A proven ability to work both on your own initiative and as a collaborative team member.
