Position: Operations Administrator - 10-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Dublin South
Our client is seeking six Operations Administrators to join its established Operations
team in South Dubblin on a 10-month fixed-term contract, providing additional support
during a particularly busy pensions season.
The Role
This is a customer-focused operational role involving:
- Responding to customer calls and email queries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Processing a high volume of administration accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting day-to-day pension operations and ensuring customer needs are met.
- Working closely with colleagues and team coaches to deliver a high-quality service.
- Managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Completing training and developing knowledge of pensions and the wider business.

Previous experience in financial services, pensions or insurance is desirable but not
essential. Candidates from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service or other
high-volume customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. Graduates with
strong communication and administrative skills will also be considered.
Working Pattern:
Hybrid working is available; however, due to the training and onboarding requirements,
candidates will be required to work on-site approximately 4-5 days per week during the
first six months.
Contract & Salary
- 10-month fixed-term contract
- €30,000-€35,000, depending on experience
- Immediate start targeted for mid-late September
- Potential opportunities may arise to move into other areas of the business following the contract.
