Management Accountant

We are currently partnering exclusively with an organisation to hire a Management Accountant into their finance function.

These roles sit within a busy operational finance environment and will suit accountants coming from industry, shared services or financial accounting backgrounds who enjoy working in process-driven, systems-focused roles.

The role will involve:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Business partnering with operational leaders and senior management
• Budgeting, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting month and year-end, payroll oversight and VAT compliance
• Driving process improvements and supporting business growth

About you:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
• Previous experience in an industry finance role or trained in industry
• Strong management accounting and commercial finance experience
• Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
