This role is for a Legal Executive to join a Legal & Compliance team in Dublin. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in supporting in-house legal teams or busy legal departments. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will play a central role in ensuring the efficient administrative functioning of the legal and compliance function, while also managing certain repeatable legal processes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage standard-form legal documents (NDAs, Bailment Agreements, Letters of Authorization/Signature Confirmations).
- Coordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents (physical and electronic signatures, DocuSign, etc.).
- Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Maintain the legal and compliance calendar, tracking expiry/renewal of contracts, certificates, and filings, and coordinating regular compliance events (e.g., export filings, regulatory returns).
- Support basic export licensing processes, including maintaining internal records of export classifications and licenses and preparing routine license applications under supervision.
- Liaise with other departments including Finance, Sales, and HR on various commercial and compliance matters.
- Organise internal compliance and legal training sessions (scheduling, materials, tracking attendance).
- Support due diligence as needed.
- Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters.
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years experience in a legal executive, legal admin, or paralegal role.
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (especially commercial contracts, compliance).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
