We are seeking an experienced, customer-centric IT Support / Help Desk Engineer for an initial 3 contract.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Google Workspace Support: Act as the primary support engineer, resolving escalated technical issues within the Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) environment.
- Hardware Management: Manage the full lifecycle of employee hardware, including laptop/device procurement, setup, and replacement processes.
- User & Application Management: Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and ongoing access management within various non-integrated SaaS applications.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proven technical ability to troubleshoot and resolve a range of hardware and software issues.
- User-Centric Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and communication to internal users.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately (without a notice period).
