We're hiring an Insurance Operations Analyst to support growth and improve how insurance is delivered across our Clients platform.

What You'll Do
- Set up and onboard new insurance schemes across multiple countries
- Manage policy changes (joiners, leavers, amendments, renewals)
- Coordinate with employers, insurers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
- Improve and automate operational workflows
- Resolve customer and policy queries end-to-end
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
What They're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in insurance operations or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling company
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- Bachelor's Degree (Financial services preferred)
