Insurance Operations Analyst

We're hiring an Insurance Operations Analyst to support growth and improve how insurance is delivered across our Clients platform.

What You'll Do

• Set up and onboard new insurance schemes across multiple countries
• Manage policy changes (joiners, leavers, amendments, renewals)
• Coordinate with employers, insurers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
• Improve and automate operational workflows
• Resolve customer and policy queries end-to-end
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
  
  

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in insurance operations or a similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
• Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling company
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
• Bachelor's Degree (Financial services preferred)
