Transaction Relationship Manager focusing on the execution and implementation of straight debt and structured finance transactions for Global Clients.
In this role you will;
- Execute and manage client transactions through review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to straight debt and structured finance debt transactions e.g. programme prospectus, trust deeds, agency agreements, escrow agreements, account bank agreements, custody agreements and pledge documentation.
- Manage a portfolio of transactions and act as a focal point for allocated clients.
- Ensure accurate set-up and maintenance of transactions including cash and custody account opening and the establishment of internet banking arrangements.
- Ensure all appropriate approvals are in place prior to deal closure including KYC, Deal Review, sanctions screening and other approvals.
- Liaise with Sales, Product and Operations teams regarding the implementation of new transactions, as required.
- Participate in Deal Review meetings, as appropriate.
- Build and develop internal and external client relationships and provide support to Sales on new business prospects as required.
- Ensure revenue generation via accurate invoicing.
Experience required for this role;
- Working knowledge of corporate trust market.
- Detailed understanding of transaction documentation and deal execution and/or legal experience.
- General banking experience.
- Strong transaction management/execution and negotiation skills.
