Location: Hybrid, South Dublin
Salary: 70,000 - 75,000
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach business leaders and line managers on the application of HR tools and processes to ensure effective organisation design effectiveness, optimum employee performance, clear talent development focus, improved employee engagement and delivery of a robust employee experience.
- Maintain & embed an employee proposition that enables the organisation to attract, develop and retain talent.
- As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the end-to-end HR agenda.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. Through enhancing and contributing to a breadth of market leading reward strategies and initiatives spanning total reward, benchmarking, global benefits and policies. The Senior HR Business Partner will be central to workforce planning and driving the People Strategy.
- Strong reward background with significant experience designing pay and benefit strategies and policies across different jurisdictions and implementing same.
- Strategic vision for performance and reward, with a track record of successfully implementing creative, world-class total performance and rewards programs.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practice, regulations and market trends. Previous budget management experience.
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a HR leadership role.
- Previous experience supporting & partnering with C-suite level.
- 3rd Level qualification in HRM or similar, CIPD qualification is preferred.
- Experience in design, organisational benchmarking and implementation of corporate benefits and reward initiatives and strategy.
- Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Confident, resilient, self motivated manager.
