Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting for an Recruitment Account Manager to join an industry leader in Healthcare Recruitment in Galway City. The role of the Recruitment Account Manager will be to manage an existing strategic partner's portfolio of business and build strong relationships across the network.
Benefits:
- Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 (Negotiable - Depending on Experience)
- Commission + Bonus
Duties:
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service/HR/Recruitment.
- Relevant third level qualification and/or industry experience.
- Project management deadline tracking and management of reports.
- Proven organisational, administrative, analytical and problem-solving skills; be able to identify potential difficulties and formulate solutions.
- Proven experience in the provision of a high standard of customer services and support.
- Ability to empower, lead and motivate others within a team environment and be personally motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
- A positive, flexible, and adaptable "can-do" attitude.
- An ability to take direction from Senior management.
- An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Be responsible and accountable with an ability to work on own initiative, prioritise and manage several matters simultaneously and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Be fully competent in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and other relevant packages.
- Be open to international recruitment campaigns to meet client requirements.
