    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Minimum third-level diploma or degree in an IT-related discipline
    • 1-2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support environment
    • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft365 and network monitoring tools
    • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
    • Demonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through on assigned tasks
    • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions

    Desirable Skills and Experience

    • Experience in endpoint protection, backup monitoring, patch management, and firewall administration
    • Exposure to disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity practices (e.g., penetration testing, awareness training)
    • Ability to document and enhance IT processes and contribute to internal knowledge base
    • Interest in cloud technologies, with progression towards AWS and or Microsoft certification
