Role: Head of Rewards

Our client is looking for a Head of Rewards to join their growing team. The successful candidate will shape and lead this company's reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent while upholding our values. You will lead all compensation and benefits and pension programmes working with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership team. You will be responsible for reward policies and remuneration practices including the design and delivery of new reward initiatives and revising current programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive reward strategies including salary benchmarking, pension, benefits, bonus, salary reviews.
- Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on compensation and benefits.
- Analyse and identify trends and deliver innovative solutions.
- Carry out market surveys, gaining market insights of compensation and sharing trends.
- Lead core reward activities including salary reviews and bonus payments.
- Design and implement compensation structures aligned with legislation.
- Drive executive reward processes and proposals.
- Hire, lead, engage, and develop members of the Reward discipline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, providing leadership direction.
Requirements:
- 10 + years' experience in HR Business Partner roles.
- CIPD qualified with a degree in HR, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing outsourced providers for pensions, benefits, and payroll.
- Deep understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR management systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Skilled in standard workplace software (Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Detail-oriented with outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation in process enhancement.
