About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Visitor Experience Administrator on behalf of our client in the arts industry. This is a full-time role on an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they have a memorable and high-quality experience. Please note that occasional weekend work will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitor and front-of-house inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for internal events and ad hoc tasks.
- Support the volunteer program, ensuring it operates smoothly.
- Act promptly to resolve any issues to maintain a high standard of visitor experience.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Report on visitor data and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Offer general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Availability for an immediate start.
- Experience or a strong interest in the Tourism or Arts sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and adapt to varying demands.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Full working authorisation in Ireland.
