My client is seeking a Front of House / Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic where you will manage front-of-house operations, coordinate appointment systems, support clinical staff and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact, projecting a positive and welcoming image of the clinic

Manage reception operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day function

Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally

Operate the appointments and payments system, including daily reconciliations

Liaise effectively with the Cork-based Optima Clinic as required

Maintain accurate administrative records, including filing and data management
-
Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient information and documentation

Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations

Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming reception and client area

Oversee cash management, stock control and supplies
About You:

You will have:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar front-of-house or healthcare administration role

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A professional, dependable and polished presentation

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

The ability to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment

A strong work ethic and flexible, team-oriented mindset

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluent written and spoken English
Experience within a healthcare or medical clinic setting is a distinct advantage.
