    Our client is looking for a fleet admin and customer support professional to join their team in Dublin.

    The Role:

    • Assist fleet customers with routine servicing and breakdown assistance.
    • Deliver excellent customer service, meeting KPIs and performance targets.
    • Create a positive first impression by being professional, friendly and helpful.
    • Handle objections and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 years of experience in Customer Service
    • At least 1 years of experience in a Contact Centre
    • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
    • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail
