Our client is looking for a fleet admin and customer support professional to join their team in Dublin.
The Role:
- Assist fleet customers with routine servicing and breakdown assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service, meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Create a positive first impression by being professional, friendly and helpful.
- Handle objections and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in Customer Service
- At least 1 years of experience in a Contact Centre
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail

- Motor Trade experience a distinct advantage.
