Our client, a prominent law firm based in Dublin, is seeking a highly experienced professional to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated legal executive to support solicitors in managing diverse workloads and a wide range of clients.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Supporting solicitors in the active management of their daily caseloads.
- Handling incoming communications from clients and third parties.
- Preparing briefs for hearings and engrossing pleadings.
- Liaising with barristers regarding hearing dates and scheduling settlement or consultation meetings.
- Managing digital dictation and general administrative legal tasks.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience, with a proven track record of supporting at least 100 cases.
- A law degree is highly desirable.
- A "can-do" attitude who can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong typing skills.
- Proficiency in office technology;
- Excellent time-management abilities are essential for success in this role.
