    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our client's global operations team on an 11-month contract. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, offering the opportunity to work with international vendor partners and internal commercial teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations related to invoicing, PO management, and operational expense (OPEX) reporting. You'll help ensure financial accuracy and compliance through strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review, validate, and process vendor invoices and estimates

    • Manage and track purchase orders (POs)

    • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and external vendors

    • Reconcile actuals vs estimates and escalate issues as needed

    • Collaborate with the Vendor Capacity and Commercial Enablement teams to ensure financial accuracy

    • Handle monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting

    • Work with large data sets and generate insights from internal dashboards

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent)

    • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFs - minimum 7/10 proficiency)

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Detail-oriented with solid time management capabilities

    • Comfortable working independently and handling large data volumes

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with invoice and billing processes

    • Familiarity with financial tools like Anaplan and Power BI

    • Background in tech, banking, or start-up environments

    • Auditing experience
