Client

Our client is looking to add a permanent Financial Accountant. They are a leading Technology company with operations globally and have their European finance function based in Dublin.

Within this role you will be working closely with the Finance Manager and a dynamic finance function, they will provide broad financial reporting exposure.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• External and internal financial reporting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual local GAAP journal entries
• Assist with the preparation of tax reporting
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of account reconciliations
• Responsible for the management of niche accounting areas

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
• Bachelor's degree in business or finance & accounting discipline
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills

Personal Profile

• This role will suit a qualified accountant with experience, or a practice trained accountant interested in making their first move into industry from a Big 4 or Top 20 accountancy firm.
