Finance Director - FMCG

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with an exciting FMCG business with a strong international export operation. They are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Finance Director to lead the finance function and partner with the SLT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function.

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

• Provide commercial insight across sales, margins, profitability and performance.

• Manage working capital, treasury and export-related financial activities.

• Partner with the SLT on strategic and commercial decisions.

• Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance.

• Support pricing, investment, product development and international growth
  initiatives.

• Lead and develop the finance team and manage key external stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

• Strong post-qualification experience in a commercial finance environment.

• FMCG, manufacturing or consumer goods experience advantageous.

• Experience with international/export markets preferred.

• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI, automation and leveraging technology to improve finance processes, reporting and decision-making.
