Work alongside operational and project teams to monitor expenditure, assess financial performance and identify potential cost risks.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing analysis to support planning and future investment decisions.
Provide financial guidance to stakeholders across the business, helping translate financial information into practical commercial insights.
Support year-end accounts, audit requirements, tax-related activities and the maintenance of robust financial controls.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve finance processes as the organisation continues to grow.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), ideally with 1-2 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience in industry or a commercially focused accounting role, with a strong grounding in financial reporting and analysis.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and cost management, with an interest in understanding the commercial drivers behind financial performance.
Comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders and communicating financial information to a range of audiences.
Strong analytical skills, sound technical accounting knowledge and an appreciation of tax and financial governance.
Self-motivated, curious and proactive, with the confidence to question figures, identify issues and recommend improvements.
