We are working with a leading multinational based in North Dublin in the life sciences sector who are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support ongoing site projects. This contract role offers exposure to both process and utilities projects on a high-tech biologics facility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide electrical project support across process areas, utilities, and facilities.
Oversee installation and commissioning of new process equipment, lighting, and utilities systems.
Work with electrical and instrumentation systems including switchgear, control panels, and distribution systems.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely and effectively.
Ensure compliance with site standards, industry regulations, and relevant electrical codes.
Requirements:
Time-served Electrician with an Electrical Engineering Degree (essential).
Strong industrial background, ideally within biologics, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation equipment (switchgear, control panels, utilities).
Comfortable working in matrix organisations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Contract Details:
12-month initial contract.
