Job description
Are you a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for working with Irish Businesses and a proven track record of driving sales? We are seeking a motivated Counter Manager to oversee our counters in two of Ireland's largest department stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations at two prime counter locations.
- Lead and motivate a team of over 30 staff members
- Drive sales and achieve quarterly targets, with a bonus available each quarter for meeting these targets.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Stock and inventory management
- Reporting and presenting initatives to head office
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or issues.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to driving sales.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate between teams effectively.
- Passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.
