Corporate Tax Consultant

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading professional services firm in Dublin to recruit qualified tax professionals for exciting new opportunities within their Corporate Tax team.

This role offers a hybrid work-from-home arrangement and the chance to work across a variety of industry sectors, with a particular focus on developing a core tax specialism. The successful candidate will support a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily within the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors, and will be involved in both compliance and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients.

• Support Partners and senior management in delivering tax consultancy projects.

• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border client assignments.

• Coach and mentor junior team members, including delivering internal training sessions.

• Take full commercial responsibility for a client portfolio.

• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualified.

• Solid technical knowledge in both domestic and international corporate tax.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting junior staff.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
