The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of compelling, high-quality content that amplifies our brand and engages target audiences. This role will be central to shaping the content strategy, creating multi-channel campaigns, and driving thought leadership. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Content Marketing Manager will ensure consistent messaging, strengthen digital presence, and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
Create and manage a content calendar covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, newsletters, video, and social media.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leaders to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.
Optimise content for SEO, ensuring strong performance across digital platforms.
Manage social media channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with campaign goals.
Analyse performance metrics and report on content effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimisation.
Oversee relationships with creative and media partners, ensuring quality and consistency of content output.
Ensure tone of voice and brand guidelines are applied consistently across all materials.
Support internal communications with engaging content that builds culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with proven ability to produce high-quality content across formats.
Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and social media platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. CMS platforms, SEO tools, analytics software).
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience in professional services, consultancy, or B2B marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Knowledge of video production, podcasting, or visual content creation.
Experience working with external agencies or freelancers.
