The Role
Our client works in financial services who is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's growing digital marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a central role in developing, implementing, and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Develop and manage the paid promotions and sponsored digital strategy in collaboration with third-party suppliers to ensure optimal performance across PPC/SEM.
Oversee full-funnel paid digital campaigns, including media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimisation across channels such as display, video, podcasts, and content partnerships.
Lead the creative development of paid campaign assets to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Drive traffic and conversion growth for all paid activities.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Deliver detailed KPI-based post-campaign reports to internal stakeholders.
Ensure all digital activity adheres to company, regulatory, and legal standards.
Manage and optimise on-site campaign experiences, including landing page performance.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organisation's mobile app in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Contribute to updates and larger digital projects for the company's public website.
Provide digital marketing support, guidance, and resources to other business areas.
Degree in marketing or a related digital marketing qualification.
4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role within financial services or a similar regulated industry.
Proven experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Google Certification desirable.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Contract: 12 months (fixed term)
