As a result of continued firm growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Associate Solicitor to join their growing litigation team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated caseload of commercial litigation matters, focusing primarily on debt recovery work.
- Advise and support high-profile clients, handling instructions from the firm's expanding fund panels.
- Draft complex pleadings, motions, and comprehensive legal submissions for various court jurisdictions.
- Represent clients directly in court proceedings, hearings, and formal dispute negotiations.
Job Requirements
- Ideally 3+ years PQE with proven experience in commercial litigation and debt recovery practices.
- Strong track record of managing active client files independently from instruction to completion.
- Excellent communication skills to thrive within a highly interactive, collaborative office setting.
