Our client is a respected independent organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and young people. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, providing vital administrative, database and operational support to a busy frontline service.
This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for coordinating referrals, maintaining and reporting from a CRM database, supporting meetings and documentation and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll work closely with operational teams to deliver an efficient, confidential and high-quality support service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer referral processes and case allocation.
- Maintain, update and report from the organisation's CRM/database system.
- Prepare reports, meeting documentation and minutes.
- Produce data analysis and support reporting requirements.
- Provide general office administration and operational support.
- Respond professionally to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration and/or data management.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM/database system.
- Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Experience supporting vulnerable service users or within the charity, public or social care sector is highly desirable.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
