Administrator - Temporary 6 month contract

We're seeking a dedicated Transport Administrator for our client in Dublin City Centre. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have 2-3 years experience in an admin role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate records of all transport activities
• Coordinating vehicle inspections and reporting
• Managing employee and driver information
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Preparing reports and analyzing data
• Managing driver security and supplier records
• Coordinating training and development

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with transportation management systems (preferred)
• Previous payroll experience (a plus)
• Must have a full drivers license and access to a car
