We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join a busy and professional organisation. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing a professional front of house service while also supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties. You will be responsible for welcoming high profile clients and visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a polished, client-focused approach.
Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to clients, visitors and colleagues
Answer and direct incoming calls and manage general enquiries in a professional manner
Meet and greet visitors and ensure a high standard of client service
Coordinate meeting rooms, including room preparation and refreshments
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the wider team
Maintain accurate records, files and documentation
Assist with document preparation, formatting, filing and archiving
Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers and correspondence
Support diary management, meeting coordination and preparation of meeting materials
Assist with general office administration and day-to-day office organisation
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
Assist with additional administrative duties during busy periods
Carry out any other duties relevant to the role as required

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house or administrative role
A professional and personable approach to dealing with clients and visitors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work independently and use initiative
The ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
A proactive, flexible and reliable approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience working in a professional corporate office environment
Third-level education or relevant administrative qualification is advantageous
