About the Role:
Join our dynamic Service Delivery Unit as an Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our administration systems are running seamlessly and delivering top-tier performance. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team that thrives on efficiency, precision, and the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Tgsi role is a Hybrid position with 2 days per month in office. The organization has offices based in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Sligo, Monaghan, Kilkenny, Clifden, and Mullingar
What You'll Do:
- Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure all administration systems within the Directorate are functioning optimally, setting a high standard for accuracy and reliability.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various directorates to streamline processes, share insights, and foster a culture of excellence. Your proactive approach will be key in enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
- Innovate and Improve: Be a catalyst for change by contributing to the development, enhancement, and implementation of business systems. You'll play an instrumental role in refining processes that support our case management and risk management efforts, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to ever-evolving demands.
- Deliver Impact: Your role will be crucial in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of all activities, with a keen focus on maintaining high standards of service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint applications, portals, data management, and systems. You're tech-savvy and ready to dive deep into the details.
- Experience: Several years of administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced and demanding environment. You're used to juggling multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Organizational Skills: A structured and organized approach with the ability to manage your workload efficiently, even when deadlines are tight. Your knack for prioritizing tasks ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to your work, always ready to pivot when needed and embrace new challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of reviewing and ensuring the quality of your colleagues' work.
- Technical Knowledge: Highly proficient in the use of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. You can instruct others on technical topics and make complex information accessible.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Qualifications: A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Certificate, Diploma, or Degree), or equivalent, is desirable. Your educational background will help you bring a structured and informed perspective to the role.
