    About the Role
    The Data Centre Capacity Delivery (DCCD) organisation manages the construction of data centre projects from design receipt to handover to Operations. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the team drives innovation, process improvements, and milestone adherence while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to Construction Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support to the DCCD organisation.

    • Coordinate onboarding for contractor employees, including training and security badges.

    • Maintain and update the Construction Wiki for accurate project documentation.

    • Execute the change management process in Procore and update financial systems prior to invoice approvals.

    • Support budget tracking, project financial coordination, and operational IT needs.

    • Assist with special projects and one-off initiatives as required.

    • Manage multiple priorities efficiently and proactively resolve issues.

    Requirements

    • Minimum two years' experience in administrative support, office management, or financial coordination.

    • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Experience with project management or planning platforms such as Procore.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

    • Experience in IT, analytics, or data visualisation.

    • Project management training or certification.

    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
