As an Ad Sales Account Manager, you will practice and embody high-impact consultative selling across both internal teams and mid-to-large-scale customer portfolios. Utilizing your deep working knowledge of digital advertising and the e-commerce/retail vertical, your primary focus will be to protect, optimize, and scale in-quarter revenue.
In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business, identifying customer needs and translating their commercial objectives into highly optimized campaigns. You will specialize in driving visibility where consumer intent meets product discovery, ensuring your clients' digital storefronts perform at peak efficiency. This role requires a data-driven mindset to deliver tactical recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership, ensuring sophisticated advertising solutions are seamlessly executed.
Identify Market Opportunities: Surface revenue and growth opportunities within the e-commerce market and assigned customer portfolios.
Strategic Partnerships: Partner with internal account executives and product specialists to determine sales potential and maximize customer marketing efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct rigorous reviews of revenue performance and projections, sharing macro and micro updates with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
Data-Driven Consulting: Perform deep-dives into complex internal and external datasets to draw interpretable insights and build tactical proposals based on customer KPIs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain robust sales pipelines and account-specific internal metrics, coordinating with cross-functional project teams to structure analytical workflows.
Campaign Deployment: Build, launch, and continuously improve tailored advertising campaigns, collaborating with technical support and specialist teams to ensure flawless execution.
E-Commerce Performance Hygiene: Manage core account hygiene and execute full-scale optimizations to maximize merchant visibility, click-through performance, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Knowledge Sharing: Document and scale success stories, best practices, and case studies to elevate team performance internally.
