    HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Maternity Leave Contract)
    Location: Donegal Town
    Contract: 6 Months
    Onsite Role
    Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

    We are seeking an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Donegal Town on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a fully onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on in a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily HR support across the business.

    • Lead and support employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance processes.

    • Conduct and support workplace investigations in line with HR policies.

    • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR best practice.

    • Assist with HR administration, documentation, and reporting as required.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Previous HR experience with exposure to employee relations.

    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.

    • Ability to build relationships and support management confidently.

    • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

    • Open to experienced HR professionals or candidates with fewer years' experience who are confident in ER work.
