HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Maternity Leave Contract)

Contract: 6 Months

We are seeking an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Donegal Town on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a fully onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily HR support across the business.

Lead and support employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance processes.

Conduct and support workplace investigations in line with HR policies.

Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR best practice.

Assist with HR administration, documentation, and reporting as required.
What We're Looking For:

Previous HR experience with exposure to employee relations.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.

Ability to build relationships and support management confidently.

Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

Open to experienced HR professionals or candidates with fewer years' experience who are confident in ER work.
