We're now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Solutions team in Dublin.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted talent advisor, partnering with leading organisations to attract and secure exceptional professionals across technical and business-critical disciplines.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing consultative recruitment expertise while managing end-to-end hiring processes. Beyond filling vacancies, you'll build long-term relationships with highly skilled professionals, helping them navigate their careers while delivering exceptional talent solutions for our clients.
The Role:
Talent Advisory & Client Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights that support informed hiring decisions.
- Build strong, lasting relationships that position Morgan McKinley as a strategic talent partner.
Specialist Talent Sourcing
- Develop and maintain specialist talent pipelines across key technical disciplines,
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through advanced sourcing methodologies and market mapping.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver an exceptional candidate journey through high-quality communication, coaching and consultative career advice.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical capability, experience and cultural alignment.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, becoming their trusted career partner rather than simply their recruiter.
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer management and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline activity within enterprise ATS platforms.
Professional Standards
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data governance and best practice.
- Continuously share market insights and recruitment expertise with clients and internal stakeholders.
About You
You're a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys building trusted partnerships and delivering outstanding recruitment experiences. You combine commercial awareness with strong sourcing expertise and thrive in a consultative, fast-paced environment.
You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience recruiting in anagnecy or in-house enviornment
- Proven experience sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment and candidate management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with a disciplined approach to ATS management, reporting and recruitment data.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
